How do I delete my data?
There is very little to delete: we do not keep a database of your files or results. To remove your account data, delete your account at justbuildthings.com/account/security.
Account data (email, profile, subscription) is stored by Clerk until you delete your account. Deleting the account removes it.
Uploaded files and generated results are not stored. They are processed and disappear when you refresh the page.
A few features need a brief processing step (like image editing). Those temporary files are deleted automatically by a daily cleanup job.
Messages in the live chat widget are stored pseudonymously for 1 day, then deleted automatically.
Some settings live in your own browser (for example AI chat character settings, your chat username, and tool preferences). Clear this site's data in your browser settings to remove them.
Usage analytics from PostHog follow PostHog's standard retention. To request access, correction, or deletion of anything else, email support. We may need to verify it is you first.
