• Infringe on intellectual property rights

• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code

Your Content: You retain ownership of content you upload or create. However, you grant us a license to process your content to provide our services. We do not claim ownership of your content.

Generated Content: Content generated by our AI tools is provided as-is. While you can use generated content, you are responsible for ensuring its appropriateness and legality for your intended use. All content generation is subject to the restrictions outlined in Section 4 (Acceptable Use).

Our Content: The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by intellectual property laws.

Free and Paid Services: We offer both free and paid services. Free services may have usage limitations. Paid subscriptions provide additional features and higher usage limits.

Pricing and Currency: All prices are listed in USD. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Price changes will not affect your current billing period.

Taxes: You are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or fees imposed by your jurisdiction. Our listed prices do not include such taxes unless explicitly stated.

Third-Party Payment Processors: We use Clerk as our payment processor. Your payment information is subject to their terms of service and privacy policies. We do not store your payment information on our servers.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

• AI-generated content may not always be accurate or appropriate
• We are not responsible for content generated by AI tools, though we have usage restrictions
• Service interruptions may occur due to technical issues
• Third-party AI services may have their own limitations and content policies

Important: No Database Storage: We do NOT have a database. All uploaded files (images, audio, PDFs) are processed temporarily and disappear immediately when you refresh the page. We cannot recover your files once they're gone.

Account Information: Account creation and authentication is handled entirely by Clerk. We do not collect or store your email address or profile information - this is managed by Clerk's secure infrastructure.

Live Chat: We use Ably for live chat functionality. Chat messages are stored pseudonymously for 1 day to handle disconnections, then automatically deleted.

AI Processing: Your uploaded files are sent to AI APIs for processing. We do NOT store these files - they are processed temporarily and disappear when you refresh the page.

We do not sell, trade, rent your personal information, or train AI models with your data. We share data only with these service providers:

• Clerk: Authentication and payment processing
• PostHog: Usage analytics for UX improvement (including session replay)
• SimpleAnalytics: Anonymous visitor statistics (GDPR compliant) - dashboard
• Ably: Live chat functionality (1-day pseudonymous storage)
• Pollinations: AI processing of uploaded files (see their terms)

We may also disclose information to comply with legal obligations or protect our rights, in case of business transfer (with proper notice), or with your explicit consent.

We implement appropriate security measures to protect your information:

• HTTPS encryption for all data transmission
• Secure authentication through Clerk
• Regular security updates and monitoring

In the event of a security breach that affects your personal information, we will notify you promptly so you can take appropriate protective measures.

We use local storage and cookies for:

• Essential site functionality (authentication, preferences)

• Remembering your tool settings

Our services are hosted on Vercel's global infrastructure. If you're outside the United States, your data may be transferred to and processed in the US or other countries where our service providers operate.
